Yay, after another reflow cycle this board is good. Maybe I'm just ending the profile too soon or need a longer soak time on the kibbyshop oven? Possible some balls never got fully cooked? I should do some more tests with low-cost components on high thermal mass boards, maybe do some cross sections or something and see how they turned out
