@alterelefant @ironcladlou @scalzi It does sound like the guy also made some basic security mistakes, like using an account with high-level privileges for low-level tasks. I’m sure there’s plenty of responsibility to go around. :-)

@mjibrower It would not be the first time for a company to actually go bankrupt over a serious technical error. Strictly observed this does not qualify as a technical issue. Unprecedented incompetence does not classify as a problem related to any technology. This is a problem on a human scale. @ironcladlou @scalzi
