Any other defendant who violated a pre or midtrial gag order seven times would be, minimally, thrown in jail for a night to be taught a lesson to comply. This is legal, it would be immediate: no appeals. Let's see what happens. Crossing my fingers that our judicial process is not made into a mockery by this criminal.
