Can't be because of power consumption, privacy concerns, ethical considerations, environmental issues, or the general uselessness of the product. But tell you what, Dell. Give us a powerful PC and agree to take half off because it's infected with AI, and I'll take it, wipe the hard drive, and install Linux.
