I never understood paying twice(Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo and ISP) to play online. All 3 companies had data breaches, so they are not spending money, or much money if they are, towards security.

I wasn’t paying to play online. I was paying to access a library of games I didn’t own myself. If PS+ only was for playing online, I wouldn’t have had it.
