@oceaniceternity@sakurajima.moe Retro/online gaming, tech, indie web, blogging, left politics I guess just generally. A problem I have with many communities is that the thing they're based around gets shut down, or the people involved drift away or lose interest. Bonds formed online can be tenuous, but I live in a rural area IRL so there aren't many options away from the internet. I just sort of lose the motivation to start over again after so long, and breaking into long-established social circles can be hard
