We're in kind of a legal grey area #Madistodon - wise today. I found a painted rock garden in someone's front yard, so I left a contribution. Technically, I think that rock belongs to the homeowner now. On the other hand, it's early and it's drizzling a little. If you can find this rock near Reynolds Park in Madison WI before the owner sees it, maybe that's no harm no foul? Or, leave it there and enjoy feeling clever for a minute or so. Or!
