@ChrisMayLA6@mastodon.me.uk Such an interesting question: “NHS Trusts have found the claims [made re the benefits of Palantir’s software] often to be unsubstantiated & as such the regulator now wants to know how & why NHSE made such claims in the first place.” Is it some kind of systemic failure or more prosaic bribery &/or corruption? What are the remedies or penalties? Did someone/s benefit in some way or was there a collective fantasy? Did a spreadsheet go rogue or were numbers missing or not known or not included in cost-benefit calculations? Could lead to potential for beneficial learning & preventive future actions. You can learn a lot from system failures. 🤔 #UKPol #NHS #failure #reconnectingConsequencesToCauses

@Su_G@aus.social Corruption is my bet; there are clear personal links between Palantir & NHSE, and then there is Streeting's backers... and so on

@Su_G@aus.social @Lazarou@mastodon.social @ChrisMayLA6@mastodon.me.uk But politicians on their payroll will profit from these claims, so what it the problem? 🤔
