Foyle's War is on in the background, and reminds me what a great series that was. For some reason I didn't like the post-war, espionage stories when they first were broadcast, but now they seem really strong.

Tim McMullan is particularly good in those later episodes -- and he's taking a turn on PBS now in Marble Hall Murders, from a book by Anthony Horowitz, who created the Foyle's War series!
