? Fucking yes it would be better to put hundreds of billions of dollars every year into curing cancer/HIV/ Type 1 diabetes/alzheimers, literally any disease. Curing a major illness like those would actively help hundreds of thousands or millions of people around the world every year. What does AI help? My fucking manager in sending cryptic emails that raise more questions than answers? Dump a few hundred billion into disease research, or fusion power, or just into housing for all of us.
