Publish terms that cover recurring billing, trials, refunds, cancellations, renewal timing, and delivery or access. The wording should match the actual configuration in WooCommerce and WC Subscriptions Lite. After launch, monitor more than revenue. Review trial conversion, successful renewal rates, failed payments, cancellation reasons, refund requests, and support conversations.
