Why do you find it lovely? I get that you said the night is quite peaceful but then the problem is that you’re sleep deprived the next day. I never enjoyed that part. How do you deal Personally I started taking a psych med earlier this year that some people sometimes are prescribed it for non-psych reasons as a sleep aid. So I never have those issues anymore lol!!
