Odds of receiving a complete data exfiltration are higher than advertised. Void where prohibited, except apparently in Spain, where it is very much not void. Side effects include: obsolete detection playbooks, incident response timelines that assume a human pace, and breach notification procedures that weren't built for something that doesn't sleep.
