Pastel Reservoir: This song was inspired by artists of the dark folk genre, such as Thurnin, Vishal Naidu, and Ulvesang. The song was a gift for my girlfriend, since when we first met we would listen to dark folk music while studying. Although I don’t think it’s nearly as good as what the above artists have made, I’m still fairly happy with the result, especially since this was my first attempt at making a song in this genre. Also, the cover art is supposed to be a pencil sketch of mac and cheese noodles, but depending on how you look at it, it may look more like poop. I should have put more care into the art. https://constancies.bandcamp.com/track/pastel-reservoir #bandcampfriday #folk
