Gas is the slowest of the three, as well. It’s so dumb. The only pros are that fire looks cool and that it can work during a power outage. That’s it.

??? I got gas and it’s faster than any induction I’ve encountered. Like, it’s INSTANT.

From what I know, gas is not the slowest, at least in the US which uses 120V. I think induction can still match or beat it, but resistive electric is worse?
