@agmlego@tacobelllabs.net while i have family up there i don't live there or have personal experience of the region, but in general the nature of the island is not such that there are really many places you'll be at serious risk on a short visit; that's not how it manifests in most of the country
(usual caveats apply: the upcoming election may give you some hints and if you see people flying certain party colours maybe you want to avoid those people, but even they probably won't actually approach you)
near Telford: depends how you're going to be able to get around but the Shropshire Hills in general are super beautiful, always worth making time for simply sitting and staring into the distance ☺️
you're right up against Wales (which i am more familiar with) and if you have access to a car, Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant or Vyrnwy might be worth spending the time to get to
(the drive will be half the point), or ... frankly too many other landscapes to mention

@agmlego@tacobelllabs.net if you're at all into medieval type stuff that whole area of the country is extremely castle-dense, again too many really to be specific there's also some much older stuff - i have a specific visual memory of some standing stones - but working out what im actually thinking of will take a second 😅
