I cant stop chewing my nails even when it hurts and i want to stop and it makes my fingers look ugly as shit i just cant stop. Whenever i manage to stop for a day or two (rare) I see the white part of my nail and bite bite bite bite it off. My cuticles arent safe either. I bite until they bleed and then I complain that it hurts. I think that I want to stop while chewing chewing chewing ripping off nails I hate it. I feel weak and stupid and I want to have normal nails.
