Are there specifics for the thing they've wanted and the thing they love? Or are they just told, literally, "You can have exactly what you've always wanted, but it will cost you something you love"? 1/2

David would be inclined to wonder what the heck *is* the thing he's always wanted, anyway? Carlos knows exactly what he's always wanted (to be cured of hEDS), but would worry that the cost would be either his wife or one of his children, and immediately decline. 2/2 #WordWeavers
