I guess this would be a good time to post an #introduction! Infosec 716 is a monthly meetup for hackers and information security enthusiasts in Western New York. We generally meet on the third Wednesday evening of the month, with occasional exceptions to coincide with things like @bsidesroc or @BSidesBuffalo happening nearby. The meetup was founded in 2019 by @blueteamgoon and was originally an in-person event; as you might imagine, the COVID-19 pandemic changed that after the first year. Our current format is two or three successive months of meetups on Discord, usually with a featured speaker presenting on a technical topic, followed by an in-person social event like a happy hour or a picnic. If you like technology, hacking, stickers, or general nerd stuff, feel free to join us. All are welcome!
