One of my best ideas at work was to create "Tips & Hints" document to records solutions I always forgot about because the problem only came up once or twice a year.

@cptbutton@dice.camp @Vive_Levant@masto.bike @xkcd@mastodon.com.br I used to be pretty good about posting the solutions to the error messages back in the day when I was a sysadmin. Later I had an internal wiki and blog to help the people that came after me understand why we'd made the decisions to build the services the way we did. These days it's someone else's problem from my perspective, but I still bang on about open records to the people in my work area.
