KeepassXC on the Linux desktop doesn't have a QR reader, and the normal TOTP form is like KeepassDX - it will only take a Base32 key. But KeepassXC does allow me to peer inside via the Edit->Advanced form and if I paste the URL as an "otp" attribute, it processes the name and period correctly and it appears that this is how it stores the TOTP internally anyway.
