An admin control panel is most valuable when it helps staff make informed decisions quickly. Do not treat administration as a technical back office that only matters when something breaks. It should be part of the daily operating routine. (20/42)

Create role-based responsibilities from the beginning. A community manager may need access to chat moderation and room scheduling but not financial controls. A finance specialist may need wallet and transaction visibility without access to branding settings. A technical administrator may handle accounts, game configuration, and incident review.
