My personal position is that groups like the NCAA and the IOC and professional sports leagues should set their own eligibility rules, as they have for decades. /

I don't think this is something where the federal government should be involved at all — including the way the federal government pressured the NCAA and IOC into changing theirs. (From Feb 2025:) / NCAA adjusts transgender polic...
