When AI enters the pitch, you deserve to know. Today, the European Commission published new guidelines to help everyone recognise when AI is behind what they see, read or interact with online. Whether it's a chatbot, a deepfake, an image made by AI or a text automatically generated without human review, deployers will have to inform us. The new rules kick in on 2 August 2026.
