Internet says this is likely to be the hall sensor, but it is behind the rotor and the rotor sure is on there

I finally get the rotor off by buying a longer wrench to hit with my hammer and I am greeted by MORE NUTS that i DONT HAVE AN APPROPRIATE WRENCH FOR
