Got an e-mail this morning for one of my classes where a student let me know they wouldn't take the test today because they didn't feel ready and would take it at another time…not asking mind you. Telling me. (The answer was of course no and please let me know when you're struggling in advance.) Not something I ever could have fathomed doing when I was in college. Kudos for moxy I guess!
