So this idea to make busses free makes a lot of sense to me. It lifts the financial burden for those that rely on the bus **and** encourages higher income folks that wouldn't normally or ever ride the bus, to use it. Why? Having zero friction means no "learning" how to use the bus or embarrassment boarding and not knowing what to do. Just get on and sit down. #publictransport #mamdani #nyc
