Also I guess I need to clear this up - I am hosting the files for someone else's show on my network. It's not my podcast, but it's on my network so I get the legal notices.

@jsnell@zeppelin.flights I fear it will only get worse as fewer and fewer disconnected rich people buy corporations and install rules that do nothing but protect their profits. And by “protect” I fully mean insane fantasy delusional actions.

@jsnell@zeppelin.flights What is the claim in the legal notice? Do they claim to own the book? Are they just refusing to allow it through their podcast player? I think there could be a legitimate tortious interference with business claim. If they are abusing some power they have to interfere with your business that is a legal tort.
