Can't do 1 or 3* without expanding and rebalancing the Supreme Court because if you try Sam Alito will crumple your cute "end citizens united and gerrymandering" law up and throw it in your face.

Also I would like to once again remind the nation’s very serious people that America’s campaign finance system sucked long before Citizens United (they regularly said so!) and so “ending Citizens United” is small potatoes. Gotta deal with Buckley v. Valeo at minimum.
