I'll start this account now with an experiment xD No idea if this works... Badischer Käsekuchen ( #Cheesecake )in the Air fryer... It's with a special version of Quark which is a fresh cheese but different ;3 Bottom is short pastry then Schichtkäse with sugar, eggs, cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract and topped with crumbles. 150°C for 20 minutes, we'll see how it goes...
