For anyone wondering, I currently use FluxHD (1 or 2 depending on if any gear I'm wearing has 2 support) with a custom C+ that enlarges the head and thickens up the body a bit. iirc I also adjust some bone positions as well, probably the legs since I make my waist more narrow.
