So to get very meta here over that thing we're talking about. Are "AI people" welcome on the fediverse? Yes. In the same way they are welcome to use Linux or KDE or heck HTTP. The question is what to do when they are here. If I ran an instance, I wouldn't allow them to have accounts on my instance. I would block instances who catered to them. But are they allowed to use Mastodon? Of course. We all have mute and block buttons. We should use them liberally.
