Massive breakthroughs with my own journey with disability today, and the realisation that I was treating a whole load of(mundane)tasks as things just I had to do before "real work" on other things. Truth is, it's ALL work. It all takes energy, especially as a disabled guy. I feel like this is a pivotal shift, and will help me be able to allocate my energy better, as well as feel like I am achieving things better. #disability #disabled #fibromyalgia #cptsd #chronicpain #chronicfatigue
