Trump has a hard problem, how does he go about the deliberate and systematic destruction, in whole or in part, of a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group, while leaving all the oil infrastructure intact and simultaneously avoiding allegations of genocide? On second thought, he probably doesn't lose sleep about it.
