This is my first MiSTer, or FPGA-based retro gaming device for that matter. It's a whole new world of discovery for me. ✨
The case is 3D-printed, but feels solid and looks nice. At normal playing distance you can't even tell it's 3D-printed. It kind of tempts me to customise it with a pair of "toxic green" side covers...

Almost two months in, what can I say about the MMS2, and the MiSTer platform in general? The MMS2 is great, but not without room for improvement: • It'd be nice if it had USB-C PD instead of a 5V barrel jack. But I guess that would've added to the price. • The signal out of the analogue DIN9 port is noticeably dimmer than it should be. Bumping the gain (contrast) on a CRT fixes it, but it's annoying (not enough for me to get an HD15/SCART adaptor, though). #retrogaming #fpga #MiSTer
