Scaleway charges ~€2.92 for a public IPv4 per month.
They should increase prices if demand exceeds supply.

@miyuru An alternative scenario would be that they just failed to properly maintain a supply of available addresses. (Perhaps someone ordered a large amount all at once?) Also, IPv4 blocks are relatively speaking very cheap at the moment. If you need it, now is probably the best time to buy. Just don't buy at $99.99 like someone did, it messes with the graph!
