Y’all, please continue to boost good posts you see. I’ve realized that almost all of my discovery of new (to me) accounts on Mastodon comes from when you boost something, I like it, and click through to the original poster to check them out and end up following them.

@aburtch@triangletoot.party You have discovered the secret* to "Mastodon's Algorithm". Which honestly kicks the pants off FB, Twitter, BlueSky etc. *it's not a secret. :) I keep trying to explain this to others, but they seem to like security of having their algorithm spoon fed to them.
