It is easy to forget that NI, Scotland and Wales have their own domestic policies and their governments.

@peterbrown I find that those most likely to forget what's devolved to other nations and what's controlled by Westminster are usually based in England! Journalists seem particularly likely to talk about UK when they mean England.
