There would probably be some positive effects from invoking the 25th amendment. MAGA would lose their minds and likely fragment even more, making the midterms pull the Congress further to the left. The timeline would be a lot less bonkers. The rest of the Trumps would fade into mediocrity. But Vance is not nearly as likely as Ding Dong to flood the zone with contradictory, revealing proclamations. He'd be subtle, more dangerous. Only beholden to the techbros, who want a significant percentage of the world population to die.
