Christianity in Rome before Constantine was fractured with numerous different subsects with different beliefs
When he wanted to unify it across the empire, he gathered the top leaders in Nicea and locked them in a room until they came to a concensus on what beliefs all Christians shared, known as the Nicean creed. You could debate whether or not Christ is coeternal with God but all believe Jesus was crucified, rose from the dead three days later, and ascended into heaven
To stop infighting our side should have a council of nicea where people on the right send a rep from their camp to hash out what beliefs you have to have to be "right wing"
