No? The fastest I got it down to was about 30 seconds of stream delay. It’s a limitation of HLS, and will never be truly fast. Owncasts own guides state: If you require real-time, video conferencing style latency you may want to look for a different solution that doesn’t use HLS video, as this scaling and distribution model will never get to sub-second levels.
