@Emmacox @thegiddystitcher Maskerade is full of great digs at opera and theater (and the personalities therein). The scene with Agnes practicing the Departure Aria with Undershaft always makes me giggle (and also get a little sentimental, when Undershaft hears Agnes sing it as she thinks it should be sung). And then, of course, the reveal of what the aria is actually about. (I admit that it took me way too long to get the joke that the damn door sticking would, indeed, quite literally make it difficult to leave her beloved.)
