The year 2026. The second half of the third decade of the 21st century. It seems everything has already been said about the unethical use of content without consent, about privacy violations, about content theft by LLMs, and about the disregard for others’ rights. But here comes @seldo, the author of zeitgeist.blue ‘just another Mastodon client’, who will scrape content viewed by its users, just 'because reasons and fuck you if you don't like it'. To be honest, I couldn’t care less how long someone has been online, how many years they’ve been in the industry, or what their track record is.
