Create a simple pass, revise, or reject decision. A passed placement is relevant, public, correctly linked, and acceptable for the brand. A revise placement may need a corrected URL, anchor, or article detail. A rejected placement fails a fundamental requirement and should be escalated for replacement according to the campaign terms.
