So we’re (US) threatening to bomb a nuclear power plant tomorrow if Iran doesn’t open up the straight. The problem is that the way the wind works, the fallout would basically irradiate all the oil in the entire region and I think it would be kind of hilarious if the government that the oil barons bought and paid for destroys their supply and ushers in a renewable energy era. But can’t help but feel like this is also a bet they have going to make a buck off it.
