But he's just the mayor of NYC. He can't raise the tax rate across the whole state can he?
If I'm a millionaire faggot doing business in NYC, why wouldnt I just move outside the city?

@monsignor_dickface there's a reason the businesses didn't set up shop elsewhere in the first place. the city (any city, especially its urban heart) is far easier to do business in than the country. as the population density and wealth concentration increases, it gets exponentially more rewarding to do business there. that is the cycle that causes cities to arise in the first place.
