Btw: If you want to configure your monitor setup in Sway and are not keen on calculating pixel offsets yourself:
There's a handy tool "wdisplays" 👌

It does all the nasty math for you 😝

@thomas And if you have multiple laptops with Sway or switch between home and work with the same device, kanshi is helpful for managing multiple monitor configs.
