if you need to upscale it, might as well find a wall in your town, graffiti it, and take as much a high quality pic as you can.

My artistic abilities are on the same level as my 3yr old, the results would not be worth a picture, and I’d be concerned about even having legibility. I’d need to stencil it first.

you don’t need to be a skilled artist, just do it. worse care scenario it is actually illegible (doubt it), which means you have to try again.

not sure what you use for stencils. but I figured out 3d printers are really good for making stencils

They are, but I mostly use the library’s 3d printer. When I get to have a bit more room I’ll probably set one up in a workshop, but right now it would just eat up space. I have a large format printer, so I size and design on the PC, print to large format cardstock, then do cutouts with a blade.
