it's kinda fucked up that us traumatized folk are basically like, socially forbidden from talking about our experiences. like any mention of depression or abuse or whatever is "trauma dumping" we just fundamentally are not allowed to discuss our negative experiences the way "normal" folk are #mentalhealth #ableism
