Does anyone have any advice in getting HRT provided by Italy's NHS? Can I just bring it up to my medico di base? For context, I'll be moving (temporarily?) for work, since that I have diabetes, I'll already be signing up for the NHS In the meantime I'll have vials delivered at home from a DIY lab, but having proper care would be good
